Called up late notice with an issue with the wife’s car. Ran the scanner over to fault find and even tho I could see they were busy out back they endevored to fix the issue. Great service at a reasonable price and received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was running smooth. Would recommend

Rohan and Jake are helpful, and explain clearly what needs to be done, very honest and they know how to treat their customers with respect and integrity. I recommend them to anyone in the mundaring hills area, why go down the hill, when you have your local people here. Good job guys :)

Don't take your car to this place. I made it very clear that I was having a problem with a squeaky belt and wanted it to be fixed. They induced me to pay for a complete service, while everything I wanted was fixing that belt sound. I just understood their married sale strategy after the service was already done. Part of it was my fault since English is not my first language, but if they are able to take advantage of this situation I wonder what else they could do.

I have had several vehicles (five) serviced by RFA over the last 8 years and they are absolutely tops for quality, being truthful and for fair priced work. I have found they only recommend the required work and don't try to gouge out costs and repairs with unnecessary or super size work. For example, I took two Kia vehicles to RFA after they were serviced by the local Kia dealer. The Kia dealer advised that for one of the Kia's needed $1800 of work to fix an oil leak around the timing cover. RFA had a look and after cleaning up the oil (evident after the dealer service) and found the leak was so minor that a regular check every 10,000km should be sufficient. No charge. Another Kia (Cerato) had been serviced by the local dealer but had a mechanical sound from the front. I took the car to RFA who found that a brake caliper was jammed on and the pad worn away. Repair cost was affordable and reasonable. Rohan and Jake and team actually do care about service and quality of work.

Honest, reliable, value for money, polite, excellent service. After dealing with lying cheats who love ripping off women, these guys are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them!

Very good service from experienced mechanics. I had an awkward fail in the electrical system, they were able to find time to fix it. Will definitely go to Rohan Fox from now on.
