18/05/23Slowest customer service I've ever experienced in an outlet store. Working in an outlet store myself I consider tilhis terrible customer service. Customer infront of me needed an exchange and took the team over 10 minutes to complete a transaction. Slowest untagging of a shoe I've ever witnessed in my life. No one on the floor. Get staff that don't look dead and actually want to be there and have more energy far out. Its not hard to find someone who actually cares about their job. 5 stars for the worst team and worst customer service well done.
