I want to give two stars but to be fair I've only had one burger from them but wow, what a terrible burger! It was the Take The First Left. Every mouthful was full of gristle that I had to keep spitting out. Definitely not wagyu beef, just gristly cheap stuff. I don't want to finish it, it's going in the bin.Maybe their other products are great but if an almost $16 burger is inedible it's unlikely I'll be back.On the plus side the staff were friendly and the place is colourful.

An incredible addition to Mernda! Impeccably designed decor, website, branding, and more importantly simply phenomenal food! Burgers, chips, shakes, everything is simply excellent! Extremely friendly and competent staff, Burger Road is everything you could possibly want in a local burger joint

Korean FC burger was delicious. Fries (regular) have a great crispy and crunch. Also the quantity was more than expected. Nice atmosphere as well. Quick service too and I need to come back for shakes menu!

Great tasting burger. Had the Take The 1st Exit" burger and it was perfectly proportioned and had well balanced flavours. The chips were lovely and crisp. The 8 chicken wings with the hickory smoked BBQ sauce were so tender and flavourful. This place rocks. The service and friendly faces was a bonus. Ishu and his team should do well. We'll be back soon.Update: MON Feb 13th. Back again and looked after very well. My takeaway had a message for me. Thanks guys!"

Took mum and she enjoyed. Lots to choice from and they do custom as well. GF bun was nice.Good portion side and staff were great.

The Basic, Station street and Korean FC!Full of flavour, packs a punch cooked well!Korean FC, heavily coated with seasoning, mild spice but slightly missing the authentic taste of korean spice and seasoning but was still delicious and tasty!Service was prompt! Atmosphere was alive and interior was clean and spacious!Sauce, cutlery and water station is a nice touch!

Visited the new Mernda town Burger Road. Welcoming environment, great menu. Ordered 3 Soldier burgers and a Chiili Garlic loaded fries - staff member recommended the inclusion of Southern fried chicken on the fries - sold.When the food arrived, it was presented in a fun way. First bite - it was delicious. Full of flavor, decent servings (we got to take some home). Fresh, delicious and big serves.The customer service was outstanding. Couldn't have been more accommodating or welcoming.Can't wait to return.

I always prefer Burger Road over any other, anyday! I have no idea why people are giving negative reviews..these are negative and jealous people. Ambience, staff, hygiene, quality and taste of the food is A+Go with your friends and family to have a good time.Highly recommended!
