F the self serves! I want a real person to assist when I have a trolley load of clearance items to put through that aren’t scanning the price at the price checker! It’s so frustrating if you have kids that constantly take items off the already scanned area just for the stupid machine to want to know where it is and for staff to have to manually assist! What if you’ve got a trolley full and there is no room to balance it all in that tiny square space where you are supposed to place your stuff? If it’s scanned already could I not pop it into the awaiting trolley? Like at a normal register?? Fix it Kmart!!! It’s a design flaw!!

Roof caved in at kids toy section from rain. Kmart refusing to fix it, landlord won't fix it, stuck in a battle with building owner as to who needs to repair as reported by staff members. Just fix it already.

Great store, great prices. You always walk out buying something. Good service. Took my 11yr old daughter there today where she purchased some nice things to decorate her bedroom with. $20 bought alot. Great buys.

Rude staff especially the older ones who have worked there over a decade. Get shewd off by staff when asking a question and told to walk to service desk. They only stock kids sizes in men's wear section and kid themed clothes. Have complained to head office twice but the attitude from staff hasn't changed. Shop elsewhere.
