It was fantastic working with Eliza. She was completely transparent and helped with any last minute decisions. The flavours that she offers is amazing and we loved our cake and the finished product.

I was completely blown away with the beauty and quality of my two tiered dream cake! My cake was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen! It was exactly what I wanted. Eliza took all of my ideas and turned them into pure perfection!!! I was so happy with the final outcome and also as important, it was a very moist and delicious cake. (I had one tier with red velvet and mascarpone butter cream and the bottom tier with raspberry swirl white chocolate butter cream, both very delicious and everyone loved them).I’ll definitely be using Eliza for all of my future cake requirements.Highly recommended. Eliza was a pleasure to deal with and took the stress out of my event organization.

Copper Fork Cakes made our wedding cake and also the cookies we used in our bombonierre.Both were beyond beautiful and incredibly delicious. Eliza from Copper Fork Cakes is not only incredibly talented, by so so easy to work with.
