Previous reviews don’t lie the owner Matt is by far the worst business owner I’ve dealt with steer clear of this place spend the extra and buy an ekebol or AHE at least they back there quality products up with customer service! Sending abusive messages at 8pm I contacted you at 1pm you responded at that time and I don’t need to grow up your the one that’s got the poor form and it’s well know with in the towing industry your product and your attitude are as bad as each other!!! also look at all your reviews you always put it back on the customer take responsibility and then you may get some credibility

Had a wheel lift retro fitted to one of my trucks 6 months ago, it’s used 5-6 times a day and have had no problems with it, was also the best price I could find locally

He (Matt) will be back with a new company name under someone else's name and just keep on reinventing himself......

STR performed a tray and chassis extension on a volvo fm12 for me.The job went above and beyond my expectations.They were on time, cheaper than expected and the quality of workmanship was excellent.Top marks to Matt and the boy's for a top job.

Disappointing customer serviceThey gave me booking 2 weeks in advance. Then after 2 hours of driving to get to them they said that they are too busyDisappointing

Not even a star, i know that you are so busy but it’s not big deal if you were a lot better in respecting your customers and their needs,I’m trying to take appointment for tow bar for a truck and they’re too busy to do it or speak about it , but they’re not too busy to build all the body for a truck and that’s exactly what the girl on the phone said , You’re offering a service and I’m paying to get it I’m not asking for a charity .

If i could have no stars i would, i took my beaver tail truck out to STR which had spring loaded ramps on it already and discussed with the boys that I wanted a full width hydraulic ramp fitted . They took me into the workshop and showed me a full width ramp which they had built for another client and wasn't able to fit for some reason and said they could modify that 1 and fit it to my truck. I paid for the job over the phone which was not cheap at all as I was running late to pick it up in business hours. They told me its all done and ready for pick up . I arrived and could not believe what I seen,my truck had been fitted with 2 single hydraulic ramps exactly what I took it there with apart from being hydraulic now. I rang Mat the director and he said this is what you ordered. I then had to take it elsewhere to be modified again so I could at least drive my machine up safely as they were not even wide enough. Matt and I come to a gentlemans agreement over the phone and I told him I was taking it to be modified and he agreed with me that he would come to the party and pay me a small percentage and I would cover the rest. Its been months now after invoicing and still no payment. I've tried emailing and ringing and he still won't return a call .Save your money and go elsewhere!!!! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from this business.

One of the worst bodies quality I made a car carrier trailer in first one month the tyre come off and hit to another car and 3 rd month trailer chases got cracked and the people r very rude and take 1 months to fix it it’s worst and worse company and I sold my truck and trailer in one year disgusting people.

Bought a brand new tilt tray truck months ago. We've lost thousands from our business from the amount of times we've had to bring it back in to have major issues fixed including having it completely rewired with no offer of any sort of compensation whatsoever. It is still not fixed after all this time. We've put ourselves in constant danger because they can't get the remote working and we've had to work with it manually under the truck on the side of the road. This was a $180,000 mistake that we will never be able to get back. If we didn't have a business to run i wouldn't be leaving this review because we would be in court. Do yourself a favour, save your precious time and money and go anywhere else.
