My experience with Hills Family Funerals was really positive. Our Funeral Director, Leonie was so kind and patient in explaining all of the details. Great communication and nothing was a problem or too much trouble and every request was catered to. Also, my thanks to Brianna for fixing our photo presentation and taking that worry off my hands. The service was lovely and Rev Aiken was just perfect. My thanks to the entire team at Hills Family Funerals.

The team at Hills family funerals were kind, supportive and accommodating at the most difficult time in our lives from the first phone call to the end of the Service. They ensured we achieved every wish we had for a unique farewell for my father and went above and beyond by suggesting things we hadn’t considered, which is now so cherished. we felt comforted knowing my father was in the hands of the team at Hills family funerals. Nothing was too big or small, we felt at ease with the young man that ran the funeral on the day he ensured we were truly looked after and never rushed. They are wonderful to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Hills family funerals looked after my family when we lost my dad 3 years ago. We have Hills Family Funerals assisting us with my Dad's funeral at the time of COVID 19 restriction. It was a sudden lost. I called other funeral service, left message but no one call us back after 3 attempts, so Hills Family Funeral was second on our list. I am glad we did called Hills Family Funeral as they assist us right away. We were set a meeting right away. Having never have to go through this before, this was a big relieve for me and my family. All the staff members that we came across from the time we put our first call were really professional. Richard was there for us all the time and all the way through.
