Excellent service, staff know us by name, always very helpful and respectful, they go out of their way to make sure our prescriptions and medications are up to date.

Consistently rude, horrible long wait time, I have dropped off in morning come back in the afternoon and it not been ready. Every time I go in there with scripts for my parents they give us the wrong ones, or only give half of what you are getting. In the last 12 months there has been only 2 occasions where things have gone right. We are in there every 2-3 weeks. Many times my parents have been given antibiotics that they are allergic to, and they are both lactose intolerant and have been given medication with it in it, and then when they go back to say they can't have it, they are treated rudely as if it is their mistake and not the people working there not checking properly. They diverge often from what is prescribed even when told otherwise. Since this chemist changed hands the customer service has gone down hill. The women up the front are consistently lovely, but people working in the pharmacy really need to do something about their attitudes and work ethic. They can be and are very dehumanising a lot of the time. Very much miss the previous people.

I have been going to this chemist for the last few years. I will admit that at times it was terrible however since Dhruti Leekha has taken over with with supplying my weekly medications it has been FANTASTIC! Her attention to detail is what our community needs. If you have had a bad experience previously I suggest you give this chemist another go! Thank you Dhruti for all that you do.

A big thank you to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff at Laurimar Discount chemist . In particular special acknowledgement and thanks goes to the pharmacist , Dhruti and her assistant Theresa . This is a very busy pharmacy but these 2 staff always take the time to greet me by name and go out of their way to have my order ready and offer me advise , it’s great that they also price match if a competitor has a lower price item . In addition the store has a great range of items , is clean and organised and the girls at the check out are always cheerful and helpful . Thanks again team .

Have had many problems for past 14 Months trying to get provider and chemist on same page. How ever now that Dhruti has taken on our medication management we are more than happy. Her professional attitude, patience and friendly manner has been very welcomed by us.

I have been a customer of this Pharmacy since It first opened. I am a regular customer, at least fortnightly If not weekly.Gone are the days of more staff than Is needed for customer service etc. The last thing I would want to do In these times of social media, online reviews and the costs of running a business, Is to run a small business. Seriously, what business these days aren't busy? I go to the Post Office, busy. I go to the supermarket, busy. I go to the petrol station, yes busy.Do people give any consideration to the cost of putting on extra staff? Wages, Payroll Tax, Super, Sick Pay, Insurance etc. People mention frequently the wait times they are experiencing, well let's just put on another 5 staff, easy fix right?Have I had to wait at times for scripts, yes? Have I had to wait at times longer than I would want, yes? So I changed my habits. I take advantage of the Medadvisor service. I sometimes call ahead to check the progress etc.I am more interested In a pharmacy with accurate dispensing than getting my scripts 10 minutes quicker. In coming to this pharmacy for over ten years I have had zero mistakes made with my medications and as I said at the start I'm a frequent flyer.The customer service girls are always friendly and helpful and the Pharmacists are professional. I am not shy in communicating my expectations but I do so In the beginning In a friendly manner and If things are not working I can then change my demeanour. I think a lot of people these days, and I'm speaking I know In a very general sense start with loudness and outrage first.I read several reviews, one by a nurse about missing medication of drugs of dependence. That reviewer mentioned the strict protocols when it came to dispensing these medications and I think it's important to expand a little on what that reviewer said. I am also prescribed heavily regulated drugs of dependence. I was taught by my Doctor and by a previous Pharmacy that you always check these medications In front of the Pharmacist before you leave with these drugs. I always check that the seals of these medications are intact. I would encourage anyone on these medications and I'm sure the Nurse would agree with me to get Into this habit regardless of which Pharmacy you use.I know a lot of the girls by name now and they know me by name, did I mention I am a frequent flyer, lol?The current manager Is Dhruti and she Is lovely. Always greets me by name and with a smile. She has always been helpful and professional In her dealings with me.I am not dismissing any person's experiences that have left a review, negative or positive, I just wanted to remind everyone that people that have a negative experience are much more likely to leave a negative review than people that have a positive experience are to leave a positive review and my experiences using this Pharmacy over the long term have been positive.I am not related In any way to the Pharmacy or the staff nor do I have any financial interest. I have several unusual medications and this chemist have gone out of their way to make sure I get them when needed. The business is very busy but have always given me an estimated time for fulfillment and then had the stuff ready on time. I never go anywhere else as the service is not available any other place close to me.

Absolutely ridiculous. The wait times are atrocious when in person, and scripts aren’t even filled when you receive notification when filled online. My families scripts have been continuously lost, and the ‘chemists’ always give me the medication of another person and mine to her, which is a ridiculous breech of medical privacy! I’m absolutely disgusted and will be taking my business to Chemist Warehouse

I’m not sure where everyone is getting the long wait times? I’m a regular and have been during peak times and quiet times and haven’t had to wait longer than 15 minutes to get a script ever. Customer service behind the pharmacy is always a 10/10.I’ve recently had the lady pharmacist assist me with my new medication for my Crohn’s disease, and even gave me some hot tips!
