Huge kudos to the team this morning. Through no fault of your own and despite best efforts you were short staffed. As I sat waiting for my scripts I noticed that despite the extra workload not once did any of you rush a customer, fob them off or provide a lower quality of service. I didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes because I knew when it was my turn I’d get that same personalised care. A level of care that’s well worth any wait. Circumstances this morning only further highlighted the incredible quality of service you provide no matter what challenges arise and that you genuinely care about doing your best for every single customer whether it be a long standing customer or someone who walked in for the first time. You may have all been paddling away madly like a duck below the surface but above it you were gliding along like graceful swans.

Price is good although I don't use Phamacy4less just for the price, I have been using them for a few years now, I deposit my prescriptions there and collect my medication when I needed. Their customer service has always been with a smile face to face and on the phone, they're always friendly in giving sound advice (when asked for). 10/10 for me

I was having problems with my new Sleep Apnea machine. I visited Pharmacy4Less as they have a Pharmacist that specialises in Sleep Apnoea. Asha ran through all the settings and talked me through the issues I was having. She's very well informed. Highly recommend.

Half an hour wait for two prescriptions :(I understand it does get busy but multiple people came after me were promptly served and received their medications way before I did. I rarely do say anything but it was the first time I ever asked about the wait due to having my family watch my newborn who was crying in the car.

I had my nova booster done at Pharmacy4 Less Cannington and it was such a pleasant experience. The store is bright and clean, the customer service was great, and the nurse Nadia was kind and most important of all didn’t hurt at all. Highly recommend anyone who need to get their covid vax to get it here. I made an appointment online and the whole experience was a breeze no stress.
