The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a good range of material and wading, sewing needles and fat quarters. They also do repairs which is great.

Great job on small repairs. However I felt that $12 for sewing an area on my dress, about 3 inches long, rather expensive. I would've hand stitched it but my hands are in a lot of pain. However, $12 for fixing a pair of favourite pants ( you can't even see where the patch is) was worth it.
