Best red curry I've ever had! Sweet & rich with no heat. The beef is like slow roasted pot roast. So good. So so good!

Great little place. The ambience and service were very welcoming and the food was really authentic. We had the roti, chicken curry puffs, prawn Pad Thai, Tom Yum Fried Rice, stir fried cashew with veggies, and Penang curry with beef Easily some of the best Thai food I've had in Melbourne. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

An enjoyable experience but the stir fry’s, despite containing the sauce of my choice, lacked flavour. That said, they were still enjoyable, so were the samosas.

Very impressed! Ordered take away. Pad Thai was delicious! Flavour was incredibly authentic with the traditional ingredients. Great value as well, spend about $20 on a Pad Thai & Roti, portions are pretty decent and could easily feed 2 or just one very hungry person

Been there a couple of times now, both on a quiet weeknight dat and super busy weekend and happy to say the food was excellent. Various entrees and mains were all delicious. Very friendly waitress who was run off her feet but did now stop smiling and did not get any orders wrong. Great place.

We went for dinner sceptical. But left in awe. The quality of food was outstanding. The best authentic Thai cooking in inner Melbourne. Very reasonably priced, great service, friendly team, and outstanding food. What more could you ask for ?. Book in now....

My colleague and I came here for our Christmas breakup 2022 and were gladly escorted to our table which in light of the date were fortunate enough to have made a reservation. Instantly it became clear that our dining experience would be very loud in close proximity to fellow diners. Nevertheless we were served in good time and the food came quickly. It was quality food. Portions were small so we had to order a few times over which was frustrating. The atmosphere was obviously very peaceful in light of the culture of Thailand bringing a relaxed and south eastern vibe to the night. Of the many places we frequented within the Yarraville vicinity this one was a bit more pricey. There are many options to choose from if such cuisine does not appeal to one's pallet. However this is a review for Smile Thai and the place delivers what it promises- a smiley service bringing modern south eastern cosine which caters for vegetarians alike. The house beer is Singha and there are cocktails available which can be ordered stand alone without a meal accompaniment. We won't be coming back here only due to the cost of the food which is what made the evening a special occasion.Thankyou

Was not as amazing as what the review shown on google and we think the quality of food is not matching with the price.Everything taste quite sweet so maybe ask for some more lime to balance it.Anyway over all its not bad.
