Terrible. If you chose to use this company, measure every single piece of wood you have ordered as they did not deliver what was agreed. Ordered decking wood -very specific and detailed order over the phone that was confirmed several times with Warren. 70 lengths @ 2.7m long. Delivery was on the day agreed and the right number of pieces delivered. Everything seemed professional enough. Forward to the day the builder builds the deck the packs of wood that this company delivered were a mixed load of 2.4m and 2.7m long, totally incorrect and too late to interrupt the build. Auswood took zero responsibility for their incompetence. Big thumbs down.

I was hesitate to buy woods from Wallen after reading the latest review. After talking to him a few times, i gainded a lot of confidence in him. Not only his price is good, he provides excellent customer services. After taking his advice, i ended up spedning less than i planned. His driver is the best . I miscounted the money, put 50 dollars extra in the envolpe. When he counted the money, he gave it back to me straight away. I would not even noticed if he kept it. He is such a friedly and honest man.I have my front porch installed today, the boards look great, high quality. Highly recommneded this place to anyone. Will go back to buy again. Jean

Couldn't give less than one star. Be very careful with this mob, communication is very unprofessional to the point i got suspicious. I preferred to pay more to buy from a reputable company with known name.

Highly not recommend auswood. Terrible communication, difficult people to deal with.Low quality timber, I wished I checked the reviews before I bought anything from them.They asked for payment upfront and when they receive the payment, they never issue an invoice. Also they charge you for gst without issuing the invoice. Now they are not answering the phone.I’m following up with my solicitor to take action.
