Great place selling quality tools at good prices.I believe that like most people, years ago we started to buy at the big warehouse" in town as they were much cheaper and sold similar things.With the lockdown we could not find a lot of construction materials or tools and had to search in different places. I purchased a milwaukee kit online with pickup from the Sunbury store. I was welcomed into the store by friendly staff, i told them i was there to pick up my order the staff member passed it over to Kyle the superviser/manager? Who was the bearer of bad news that the particular kit i had purchased had been sold out last week although the website said they where still in stock at his branch. He went through differnet solutions trying make it work for me. I explained i was in need of the tools for my job and he went the extra distance to make me up the kit from there stock, i realise that he had no obligation to do this for me and could have just offered a refund and apologie. This is the level of service that i really see and will not hesitate to recommend!Thanks Kyle you are a legend!!

Not my first time shopping here. Sales team are brilliant. Their wealth of knowledge across the range makes buying tools a seamless process.

***** NEVER BUY FROM THEM *****They have a very good range of tools and they are friendly when you are buying something. Now, try returning a faulty product and you are in trouble.I bought a router plunger from Sunbury total tools before the lockdown started and when I went to use (for the first time) I noticed that the blade would get stuck if my hand tilted as far as 1mm to the side. This machine has 1650W power and when it is going through the wood, it gets tuff to hold it precisely.I checked my friend's router and his doesn't have the same issue so I decided to bring it back to Total Tools because it was only about 2 months old and I had never used.I showed the staff member (not using names) and he agreed that it was faulty and not safe, so he sent it to Makita for a check. When I returned to collect my toll, it was exactly the same.I asked what happened and they said that Makita could not find the fault therefore there was nothing they could do for me.Okay, I get it.. Makita might have not found the problem but I bought it from Total Tools and they accepted that the item was faulty hence why they sent it away.It feels like they hide behind the big companies and don't take responsibility for their customers issue. Not even a service docket was provided to me to actually show that Makita did something with the tool.After many exhausting and frustrating conversations, nothing was done and I now have a $300 toll in my house that I cannot use... Very disappointing customer service and I am never coming back to buy anything here, Bunning and Sydney tolls treat their customers much better.If you are a DIYer like me and wish to have assistance, please never go to Total Tool... The only assistance they give to you is when they want your money.Bunnings will take back a faulty item in a heart bit with no questions asked. They don't care, they give you a new toll or your money back if you are not feeling safe.PS.: Yes, I did say to their staff that is not safe to use the router and I even mentioned that it could cut me badly if the spring comes off and one more time they said there is nothing we can do for you".IF I COULD GIVE '0' STARTS

Disappointing experience, have spent quite a bit of money here and the manager wouldn’t allow me to return an item due to a tag missing. I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this store and will take all mine and my workers business to Sydney tools.

Total Tools are a complete scam - false insider rewards -Best to just go to Bunnings - cheaper and better service

Always easy to deal with. Good, honest advice and they don’t stuff you around.

Don't trust their website reviews and dont expect a refund for anything. Do yourself a favour, give yourself piece of mind. Shop at Bunnings. Especially for any high price tag items.
