Coles Logan Central

Everytime I shop here I see someone verbally abusing staff for things that are completely out of there control such as prices going up or there delivery hasn't arrived yet. Then those exact same people wonder why they're always short staffed. If you treat people nicely they'll be happy to come in to work.

I usually shop there no problems, lately though it can't be said of the same, I always thought it was a friendly neghbourhood store that felt comfortable going I didn't realise corporate bullying and browbeating had taken over? Got literally yelled at by a floor worker for looking at a label of product too long, then on the way to check out the same lady followed me to reception told something to the Receptionist because she went away for soo long I had to check myself out with the heavy item I was carrying, nearly broke my back I could've used a second pair of hand. Went to the service desk to ask for information it was the same last lady! and she disappeared as soon as she saw me again. What's going on Coles that's two different people working together to make life difficult for someone ?

I feel like this store needs an update to be honest. Every other Coles I've been to has been upgraded but this one's to small for the amount of area/people it services and just all round outdated in my opinion. Hardly any stock on the shelves, I went and asked politely like three different workers where items were and none of them were very helpful or didn't seem like they wanted to help me at all just sent me to another worker instead. And when I eventually got to the location of the item they were out of stock.

This place is depressing, the staff look unhappy it's not a good look but it prompts the question- why do the staff look unhappy? the 12 items or less check out and the smokes counter is run by One person and quiet often that person is new and in training this wait times apply...it appears to me to be a terrible place to work, understaffing would explain the reason why I didn't spot one staff member who I considered was enjoying their job, not one...

I tries to avoid this place. The whole centre is the pits. Even the wall look like it from 19 dickety 5

I come here early on Saturday mornings, and over the last year the place has become terrible to shop in. Bread aisles 3/4 empty, no restocking done. Either that or you can barely get near the shelf because they are restocking it during operating hours (Why it's not stocked to full before opening and simply topped up during the day I don't know, but a toddler could figure out that it is better that way, and all the other stores in the area have it down). Meat and vegetable aisles have the same problem. Product is stacked on the floor on front of shelves blocking price tickets, and the products on the shelves never match up to the app. I make a shopping list every week, and every week you only have half of it in stock. I've had a certain brand of toilet paper in my shopping list FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, because you obviously can't be bothered updating with the online team. The store has all these employees in your way while you're trying to shop but good luck finding a manned checkout that isn't self serve on your way out. A little tip Coles Logan Central, early in the morning is when elderly people tend to shop, we like to miss all the young crowds by going early. We grew up with a little thing called service and it was free. A lot of us need to use checkouts because we don't see well or move quickly enough to use self service or it's just confusing. At least one checkout should be manned in the early hours, perhaps if you stock your shelves properly before opening you'd have a staff member available for this instead of them blocking aisles with stock trolleys and depressed attitudes. PICK UP YOUR GAME BECAUSE YOU ARE LOSING

I have always buy coles hot chicken which is way better than any other but today afternoon I went to store got it chickens was not good at all my stomach turned upset I felt like vomiting please be careful you might get sick I wish they can do better

I don't understand what the go is with having hardly any product in the bakery, it's mostly just empty shelves and a depressing sight to see. Staff are lovely though and the new security guard is much better than the old overzealous contract security. The small tubs of yoghurt are difficult to extract from the shelf because they are wedged in there, perhaps don't put so much in there?

Have stuff all stock. Woolworths is much better and nust around the corner

Absolutely disgusted with the management of Coles 5pm 3/02/2023. I had just done a $211 shop with $100 of that being meat something went wrong with there till. I provide evidence that the money had come out of my bank one employee that knows me see's me nearly every second day approved that was what he could also see but the manager preceded to try charge me again what I was not in that position he then wanted my items back and not refund me I was made a fool out of in the shop it was near the doors 37c everything going off I walked the time I got home he had refunded my money so I had unpack go back down and pay you just lost a customer
