Milestones Early Learning The Lakes

Could not ask for a better center to care for my two children. The staff are extremely welcoming, lovely and happy. Both my children have formed bonds with their room educators as well as all the other educators. The management team is wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone.

If I could rate this centre more than 5 stars I would! The centre is always clean and organised no matter what time of day you walk in. My son has learned an incredible amount in the time he’s been there and it’s all thanks to the best educators ever. Our family doesn’t feel like just another number, and all the friendly faces working there continue to make sure of that!

My son has been here for the past six months, everyone is really lovely and supportive. Education plans are very good, and children are encouraged to develop at their own rate. We have loved being here!

My son has been at Milestones since December last year. Although his time there has been short, it has been amazing. I can tell my Son is so loved and cared for at Milestones. He is always happy when I drop him off, and always smiling when I pick him up. The staff are amazing, loving and care for all the children and their families. They keep us updated daily with their activities for the day, when/if they slept, when and what time they ate etc and they also make sure to upload photos on the storypark app so you can see what your child did that day. We absolutely love Milestones the lakes and can’t imagine our Son anywhere else!

Milestones the Lakes have been so helpful in our starting daycare. The Educators are polite and relatable and made my kids and I feel welcomed, would recommend if you're looking for an excellent daycare who care about your children.

If you need a daycare centre that looks after your children as if they were their own, Milestones Early Learning The Lakes is where you need to go! I feel secure knowing that this team is looking after my brood. Thanks guys, you are doing an awesome job!!

I have visited this Centre many times and each time it just gets better and better! Servio, The Centre manager is happy, warm and friendly. He makes you feel so welcome. Mel, The Assistant Centre Manager is so helpful and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is looked after and happy. The team of Educators are thoughtful and respectful. They are amazing in their roles and all I see is smiles and positivity!

The staff at Milestones – The Lakes are extremely attentive and deserve more praise for their efforts and persistence in embracing change; not only through internal structures but more so with technological advances.I have been able to witness my daughters expressing their individuality and exploring their imagination through the daily upload of pictures and videos via Story Park. I also have the ability to easily manage everything involving their enrolment via Story Park Manage at a time that is convenient for me.The level of communication is first class. Parents are notified of the delicious menu a week in advance and are regularly asked for feedback or ideas, reminders are sent regarding special events and dress ups and replies to general queries are responded to immediately.I love how this centre embraces diversity through acknowledgements of not only Australia, but also the recognition of other cultures, religions and other significant milestones celebrated across the seas.Children experience a range of emotions to which they do not understand or are unable to control - I have witnessed and experienced the staff treat each delicate situation with patience and compassion. I have the utmost respect for the incredible team feeding, caring and building the foundations for my daughters when I am unable.

The staff at this center are amazing, everyday you are welcomed. My children absolutely love going and get up to so many fun activities and both my kids have developed so wonderful since attending. Such a caring, nuturing , fun and lovely environment. Would highly recommend milestones the lakes. So happy with the center and the staff.
