I agree with another reviewer that the high rated reviews posted all around the same time look fake. If you click on all the 5 star reviews you will see you can’t access their content while the legitimate reviews under 5 stars you can. This company is horrendous. They seal the deal by telling you they have terrific insurance and then when your furniture is returned full of mould and seriously damaged Rodney (the owner) will go to ground and won’t answer or return your calls. They should not be in business.

Never Book them.They won't show up on time. They will be late atleast by an hour and will charge triple times extra stating that they found it difficult to find the address, it was more than they expected blah blah blah. Worst day ever. I thought i lost the booking charge and it was the last day for me to vacate my place. They will never pickup calls or answer text. Removalists don't speak english also. And they will not have enough tools required for dismantling or assembling furnitures.Never book them.

Absolute con artists and SCAMMERS. Had a window of 11-1, and they arrived at 2:45, charged $150 because they had to walk around the corner to our house from the truck, forced us to pay a call out fee when we had booked it in advance. And refused to give us our stuff until we paid them $660 for 3 hours work when we were quoted $390. Rude workers, horrible service. Would only recommend these people if you want to a) be conned out of all of your money and b) have a horrible experience. I hope one day these guys get shut down permanently

The professionalism and responsiveness was visible throughout the process. I strongly recommend their services in case of logistics and transportation.Indeed a good job rendered par excellence. Deserve a 5* rating.

Really it is delightful experience for me that you people packed and shipped my house hold items with out making a single scratch that too @ very affordable rate. Thanks for your great service.....

SCAMMERS. do NOT use them. I booked via Rodney less than a week ago to move out of my 1 bedroom appt. I paid the $75 deposit was told to expect the removalists between 7-8am. By 10:30am no removal guys had arrived, and both the landline and mobile number went straight to voicemail. I left multiple texts, emails and voicemails with no response. I then browsed further down Google Reviews and saw that a similar thing had happened to a lot of other females also needing removal help.I had to book for a different removal company to help me move out on the same day. Sydney City Removals then arrived at 12pm with no warning. When I asked what company these removal guys were from, the guy claimed he had no boss and didn't work for a specific company, but conveniently knew exactly who to call when I asked to speak their boss.Rodney eventually returned my call, claiming he had no proof of my 7-8am booking and got angry and rude when I sent him the screenshot text confirmation he had sent me.Reading the reviews it seems like mostly females have been scammed and treated unprofessionally, and i would strongly advise against anyone booking with them.

We have a confirmation for window time of 11am-2pm, there is no communication, tried calling both office number and mobile number. They refused to answer any of my calls. I have already paid the $75.00 deposit and received a confirmation, that they will come at the time listed. We have packed and moved most of the things ourselves, to make it easier for your team. If you can not start or complete this job, you should have given us notice and refund our deposit. I have tried communicating using Facebook, they have blocked me. I have called, left messages and now they block me from leaving messages. We are handing keys back by tomorrow, but stuck in our front yard waiting for some sort of communication. Refund mine deposit, because you did not upheld, this job contract. Otherwise I will report you to the fair trades

The process was made fairly easy and my goods were delivered in a timely manner. There was a day mixup with the packers and the head packer was a bit grumpy and seemed a bit put out. The other two were great! The driver called to confirm delivery and the boxes were very neatly packed in my storage unit.

I moved from a 2 bed room unit to a townhouse. I packed everything in boxes myself and labelled. I have pictures to show how organise I was. They took 30mins just to park their truck. They took a long time to disassemble the furniture and need directions. They are not professionals by any means. It took 9.5hrs and they still left many things behind. 9.5hrs! Same time you’d move a 4 bedroom house! Rodney charged me $1525！ They robbed me practically. At the end, I had to move the boxes in myself with a family member. I was exhausted by the end of the day. They were unable to put all the furnitures back together because it was already 10 pm by the time they took out the last piece of furniture (after taking their payment) They said they would use bubble wrap and charge for bubble wrap but none was used as I could see on arrival. They charge extra fees left right and centre. Call out fee or fee for travelling or extra wrapping all adds up to hundreds. They send an invoice which you have to pay on the spot but the invoice refreshes to a new price once you’ve put all your details in. If you pay cash it’s hundreds less. So hire them if you’re a tough bully who can watch them like a hawk and can pay cash. Otherwise they take advantage of you as a female. I know it’s a hard job but the attitude from the manager was shocking. No ethics no principals no moral values, it’s very sad to see this in Sydney. So far I only have a missing small garden gnome tore out of my plants and the boys were so hungry they ate the chocolates I left out. I guess it’s better than the other reviewer below. Ran off with his belongings!
