Quite some me time ago, I had a bunch of fillings done. Usually ok, but one I was referred to an oral surgeon by the dentist, who broke a filling during extraction, and they both blamed each other for it, while I paid twice for the same filling. That always left a bad taste in my mouth with this bunch. Get it? This dentist left a bad taste in my mouth! I’m here all week.

Very rude staff. I came in the day earlier to check in about my appointment. The admin staff spoke to another gentleman with a respectful tone then spoke to me directly afterwards in a horrible manner for no reason. When I came in for my appointment the following day the dental assistant was rude and the price went up. Im not sure if I can trust that everything is above board or if im being overcharged because a staff member who spoke to me with such disregard that I felt ashamed wrote something on my file. Horrible experience and no longer have any faith in professionalism of the practice.Edited with extra information. As I suspected something wasnt right I got a check up, x ray and clean at another dentist. They explained my x rays and stated I had one filling required. I then rang limestone and asked how many fillings were booked in for my next visit and was told I was booked in for three remaining fillings. Enough said.

After having a few traumatic experiences in previous dental practices I have always been a tad apprehensive about going to the dentist. I needed a couple of things done so I opted to go to limestone dental. Dr Hoang and the lovely dental assistant took care of me from start to finish they where both incredible professional and made the experience a breeze. I wish I’d gone sooner! Dr Hoang thank you for the care in which you take for your patients and your kindness it really makes a difference. This review is mainly to highlight the positive experience I’ve had since majority of the people posting reviews seem to only focus on the negative aspects.

My review is exactly the same as Callum Simpson's. Yesterday I made an appointment for tonight and I had warned them that I most likely need a tooth to be removed and also a routine check and clean. The first thing the dentist says to me when I arrived is that I only have a 15 minute appointment so they can not provide treatment, she had a look at the tooth, told me the filling needs to be redone. Ascertained that it is painful for me, took an Xray and then told me to rebook to have the actual treatment. PATHETIC! $100+ for an Xray and to tell me that my tooth hurts, as if I need to have a degree to prove that?! I made an appointment elsewhere and will not be going here again.

I have been coming to Limestone Dental for a couple of years now and have always felt looked after and listened to. I recently needed 2 fillings, which were my first since I was a child, so naturally I was apprehensive and nervous. I saw Dominic for the first time, and he was really reassuring, made things extremely comfortable and was gentle and supportive through both fillings. Dominic has also helped my husband with his teeth, who is usually a wreck at the dentist because of past experiences. If you are a nervous patient, or need some extra support Dominic is the man to see!

It was my first visit to this practise, and I wanted advice about a tooth extraction. They examined me and sent me to a third party for an X-ray, saying they would get back to me once the X-ray result was available. All seemed well. But a few weeks later, I had heard nothing further, so I looked for an email address on their website, to send an enquiry. No email address was listed, but they have a webmail form, so I used that to enquire what was happening. Now it's been another week and I still havent heard back. So today I phoned them and of course they said they would need to look into it and phone me back. But late in the day I noticed a new missed call on my phone. I found they had phoned me back, but they DIDNT leave a voicemail. Ugh. It feels like they lost any real interest the moment I paid them at the end of the initial appointment.

When the dentist needed to inject anaesthetic to clean teeth she did not use numbing gel which was excruciating and almost traumatising. Have since been going to a new dentist who said it’s common practice to use the gel before injections so I will not be returning to this place.

I was referred to a Specialist Endodontist to do root canal treatment. I visited specialist he took an X-ray unnecessarily (I already had full mouth x-ray) and confirmed that unfortunately tooth can't be saved, it needs to be extracted. Endodontist assistant charged $285 & again referred me back to the same dentist who referred me to this specialist, confirmed that dentist will extract tooth and she fixed an appointment accordingly. Again I visited same dentist for my tooth extraction, surprisingly Dentist wasn't aware why was my appointment scheduled with her and she referred another Oral Surgeon who extracts tooth. Today when I called up to schedule an appointment to extract tooth, staff expects me to consult ($170) and then extract tooth ($350) from the surgeon. Why should I consult? When specialist has already confirmed to extract the tooth by taking xray? I would never recommend this dentist & specialist to anyone. Limestone Dental Group - Dentists do you even remember your oath when you become Dentist or don't you take oath? instead of cheating innocent people and making money, learn to heal them from their pain, because they trust you thinking that you are their life saver. If you want to make money, then go look for a different job, don't cheat people.

After a 3 hour trip to get there my appointment was postponed an hour because the dentist went home so another had to see me instead, plus another 45min wait on top of that because the receptionist quote: got way layed" and forgot to take my details. The dentist was then disinterested in checking my surgery had not caused any issues when I expressed concern... she seemed to be interested only in cleaning my teeth and hoping I needed a filling. I noticed (as I sat waiting for so long) most people seemed to be getting a cleaning and paying a lot for it. I wondered if it was a little unnecessary... it's certainly makes them money. I came home (after dark on the train by that stage) to find my once perfect two front teeth each with a hairline crack in them. No doubt if I go back
