Great service , friendly staff , Monique at EB games Singleton has the most energetic customer service . Bright and bubbly and no dramas . If you need help of any kind Monique is the staff member to help you out .. I give her 5 stars and must say Monique is an outstanding asset to the EB games company. It doesn't surprise me that the customer service here was great. In every EBGames or Zingpop store I along with my children have always had a positive interaction with its staff, the customer service is always top notch with Singleton being no different. It is always a pleasure to shop here. Keep up the great work guys!

Great service but those prices. Sometimes it's a total laugh. $15 for a new game or $28 used. Or $99 at EB and $68 @ Big W around the corner. Their Click and Collect service is great when you find a deal online. The price match policy is a little infelxable at times. Outside that, staff are friendly and lots on display.

Sensational. I know nothing of gaming, went in as a complete virgin. They were very gentle. The girl who served me was brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and nothing was a problem. Got everything i needed at a great price, plenty of instruction and ideas on how to get the best out of what i got. Can not speak highly enough of my first foray into gaming.

Staff were talking to each other behind the counter and didn't great me at all during my visit. There were unprocessed boxs out on the floor. Whole sections (eg 3DS) didn't have any markdown in line with the current sale that I have seen in other stores. Did not buy anything as I felt I would be paying too much and would have to do a lot of work to even get the attention of the staff.

I regularly go to EB at Singleton even though Maitland or Gledale are closer to where i live because the staff in this shop are excellent. Always very friendly, beyond helpful. The absolute best customer service i have ever experienced.

Staff where friendly and knowledgeable. They where happy to have a chat with me while I was browsing and didn't pressure me into any sales, just offered some friendly advice. Highly recommend for any gaming advice.

Always knowledgeable and helpful with a smile, they have a good wide range of games new and second hand, or happy to help track down games for you at other stores for you to pick up. New products and games consoles which are popular will need to be pre ordered
