Rude staff

My daughter has been going to Goodstart Conway court for almost 6 months now and loves it, She has learnt so much in the time she’s been there and they are incredibly lovely to deal with.The first thing that stood out to me when she started going was how clean and professional the centre was, but as time has gone on we are getting to know all the teachers and who’s on each day, it’s a great environment.

Entrusting someone with your child isn't easy and isn't taken lightly. The child care workers that I have encountered have been very respectful and responsible with our child and what we have asked of them. It was not easy and still isn't for me to be at work and have my child in daycare but the girls who take care of our little one do a great job and that helps a lot. (not that we would settle for less) :)

Our experience with Conway court has been above fantastic.Having seen what other daycare centers are like locally and in Melbourne, Conway branch is by far the best.The staff are very accommodating and caring to the baby's and their parents, the level of attention, care, hygiene and even out of hours assistance is amazing.We have been more than blessed by their service in looking after our son for the last year.Special Thanks to ( M. Absolutely disgusting centre. Kids are feral as can be. Staff are absolutely rude and do not have a care in the world. Seen a child hitting multiple children while staff just sat around and chatted. Babies seemed distressed which broke my heart. Do not send your child here, EVER!!!

What an amazing centre! The environments are beautiful, natural and inviting. The staff are warm and friendly and provide the children with engaging, high-quality experiences.

Have had my son here for over 6 months. We’re very nervous as he was 2 and wasn’t very socially enept and lacked confidence. The one on one help that he has received from mel, Jaz and leticia has turned him from a scared boy into this bubbly vibrant beautifully social little kid. Credit to the work that nathan and his staff do. Can’t recommend these guys enough
