Fantastic customer service. From answering my questions on the phone to assisting me in the store they were first class. Their product knowledge is very good and the lady that helped me did not try the hard sell. Let me test ride two bikes before settling on the city cruiser. I am 186cm tall and 100kg so this bike was big enough, robust enough and powerful enough for me. Well done E-GO there are a lot of stores that could learn from you.

I bought the NCM Moscow from E-GO one year ago. I had no idea about electric bikes at the time other than knowing I wanted one. Their staff were extremely patient and knowledgeable, spending as much time as i wanted to understand all the options available and what was going to work best for me.One year later and I can honestly say I am so pleased I made the purchase. My bike has now done approx 2000km and is still running perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting the off-road upgrade.I have had to go back to the shop on a couple of occasions to get some servicing done after some fairly heavy trail riding. Each time the staff have once again gone out of their way to help me. They sorted the problem extremely quickly and covered any costs under warranty.If you are in the market for an ebike around this price point I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.

I recently bought a ncm mascow from here and they’re very friendly and very helpful service. Iam very happy with them and the bike they sold me. If you are looking for an electric bike this is the best place to go. The service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and most of all helpful and knowledgeable. They really take time to understand your needs and give you what is appropriate. We have recommended E-Go to a few family members who have been just as delighted.
