The staff were rude & judgemental of me because I have many tattoos & piercings, I was made to feel unwelcome and inferior. Very sad day for me.

I was just there today, Easter Saturday, asking for my script -on my phone - to be printed out: “yes yes” they said. I also asked for phenergan: “yes yes,” again. Got home: script ISN’T printed and no phenergan in the bag. Also, they’re closed now, until TUESDAY! Not happy, people . (Melissa).

Staff are incredibly helpful, but the owners of the store can be particularly rude at times. Also, the product variety is especially limited and despite having “discount”, in its name, the store’s prices are really high, way higher than any other chemist in the area. Would only recommend for its convenient location.

The staff here are AMAZING! They are so quick and super friendly. They are always willing to help if you’re struggling to find something on the shelf or they wait for you even if you’re fumbling around in your bag because you can’t find your wallet, they’re just so wonderfully patient and understanding. Cannot recommend them enough. Flu shots, prescriptions, vitamins, even just general chemist goods, this place has you sorted for a great price and done with unbeatable customer service.

Preston and David are excellent with there customer service. Very helpful to my 90 year old father and myself. They had medications ready to go and explained everything perfectly. Good work gentlemen and thank you.
