Insurance was approved for our van but Keep Travelling were very busy and had us wait several months, telling us the work would be fabulous and we would be very happy with it, so we waited. We have no idea what their work is like since we took our van elsewhere after waiting 5 months. If a company can't fit you in they have no right to quote for the job and should tell the customer the truth from the start. Our van is now being fixed by a very honest repairer. Would never go there again.

Had our caravan service done here after 2 years with another provider. What a difference!!! We have had nothing but issues with our awning and after our service with Keep Travelling not an issue !! Rolled out perfectly and easily. Definitely recommend this business.We will be back! Thank you :)

They have no idea how to communicate. Didn't return emails. I'd never go there again. Who stops you going in the gate to see what they are actually doing to your expensive Motorhome. . Didn't return emails. Shocking !!!!!

Have gone there for parts before was happy the office lady needs a personality transplant. The last time I told her what I needed my van had been stolen and it needed a new lock I had photos I'd taken as well plus I pointed to one on a van there she could see the handle had also been broken. Told her I need the whole thing not just a new batrel. I pick it up I first noticed the metal but that kerps the door open wasn't there. Then when I got a locksmith guy to fit it which cost $150 to discover she only ordered half of the whole door so now I only have half of what I need on the van. Will go eleswhere to get the test as I don't trust she won't order the wrong thing. Now it's going to cost me double to get the locksmith back out to fit the rest. Not happy what should've been simple she over complicated it. I was polite nice friendly I know we never know what's going on in someones life but really that can't be it as I've been there multiple times over an 8 yr period surely her having a bad time in her life is no reason to sell me not all I need. I did notice the latch to keep the doir open wasn't their and I did question whether it was everything I needed I adked her to order the other bit but she obviously didn't because I never got notified it was in. If she hates her job then keave and let someone who won't be incompetant. I can only asdume she must be in some sort of relationship with someone there because no one would keep her employed otherwise. Won't don't you leave dark haired older woman and let someone who actually eants to do the job do it.
