We had a plumbing emergency with blocked drains on Monday morning. We contacted Elite Plumbing Services and they arrived promptly on the job. Aaron the plumber was friendly and efficient. He talked us through the job and explained what are the best possible ways to fix the issues. He came fully prepared with all the equipment that was necessary for the job. He cleared the blockage and cleaned the drains and then did a camera survey to check for any further issues. We would have no hesitation in making Elite Plumbing Services our first call for any future plumbing needs.

They have one all the work at our place and did an amazing job.

We have called Matt, the owner, several times over the past few weeks to complete a job he started for us on a duplex. He has told us now 3 times over a 2 week period that he would be there the following day to finish, but has never showed or called. Further more, he has quit answering our calls or text . We also found out the permit was never pulled for the job that was supposed to be pulled.I have tried to be understanding and patient up until this point, but this guy seriously could care less about his customers. He knows I have put off a tenant twice now from moving in because of this. I was counting on him to keep his word and be there the next day to finish the job when he told us the first time, but especially the 2nd and 3rd time.My husband and I are people of our word and like to run our business with integrity. It makes us look like bad as landlords right off the bat when we are unable to keep our word to the tenant. That is not acceptable at all.
