Haiedn and Ayden showed up on a Saturday afternoon after a big day already for our last minute booking. Powered through 30 plus stairs on the way out and then a steep incline at the destination. I had a move back in August 2022. Initially everything was great, the removealists arrived on time, finished promptly and the lady that I had spoken to over the phone regarding billing was lovely. A drawer corner was crushed from a chest of drawers during the move and I was contacted within a day or two after, asking for details and a ticket was raised.6 months later and no update, i emailed the company (no response received) and called twice. Both times I was told someone would call me back after lunch. No callbacks received. Only after the second call did I receive a response via e-mail stating that the officer dealing with the case would review and get back to me as the ticket had been closed on their end. No one ever got back to me. Even though the ticket was closed on their end, I never received any notification or resolution. After having to chase them down several times 6+ months after the move, receiving barely any correspondence, I had to raise the issue with fair trading as it seems to be the only way to communicate with the company. The furniture item is neither expensive nor sentimental but it is now an eyesore, and given the positive experience I had on the day of the move, I would not have pressed the matter any further had they just taken any initiative beyond asking for details of the incident. I would not use this service again.

We Move performed my unit move recently in May 2023.The two people who performed the work, Max and Connor, deserve special mention.Max and Connor were easy to get along with, they were willing workers, just got on with the job, took care, consulted me about my preferences, accepted my inputs and also had great stories to share to boot.I could not have asked for better guys. AFAIC, Max and Connor are champions and deserve my strong praise. I hope their boss is reading this.We Move was easy to book, responsive to phone and email and made my booking an easy and straightforward experience.The price basis and rates were good value.I recommend.

Greg and billy were exceptional and efficient without sacrificing their care for our furniture. Amazing to have chats with and were incredibly intellectual about the ins and outs of how to move the furniture. Definitely recommend this company and these blokes for an easy and stress free moving experience. Would hire again and will be recommending to all our friends

I recently used We Move Sydney for a move, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The service was too expensive, and I encountered hidden charges that I was not informed about beforehand. This lack of transparency was frustrating and left me feeling misled.Additionally, the drivers sent to assist with the move did not accept EFTPOS, requiring cash on hand, which was extremely inconvenient. It seems unreasonable in this day and age to not offer a more accessible payment option.The drivers were also slow in moving my belongings, which led me to believe that they were intentionally trying to increase the total amount charged, as the service is billed per hour. This lack of efficiency caused unnecessary stress during the move.To make matters worse, the drivers damaged my glass dinner table. Communication with the drivers was difficult, as they did not speak or understand English properly. This language barrier contributed to misunderstandings and further frustration.Overall, I cannot recommend We Move Sydney due to the hidden charges, slow service, and lack of professionalism. I strongly encourage others to consider alternative options when planning their move.

We moved in mid-May 2023. Boyet and Owen were a fantastic team. They were communicative and did the job very efficiently. Their stacking of our things onto the truck was better than Tetris! I wish I had taken photos.They were very careful with all our things and even took the time to put our furniture where we wanted, and sort our boxes into relevant rooms.I would definitely use these guys again. Impressive and made our move stress free!

We Move we’re so easy to deal with for a last-minute booking to move two couches. They provided an immediate quote, with excellent communication and follow up. They handled complicated loading dock instructions well, and the two young men who handled the move itself were lovely, respectful, and fast.

I was very happy with the move by Ihab & his team. I had to have my furniture moved to have renovations done. The team were very polite, efficient, professional and punctual.I will definitely be using them again to move the furniture back, when the renovations are finished.LouiseDarling Point

I called We Move in a panic as I’d stuffed up my dates and needed to move my mum’s stuff NOW!Right from the start - the helpful over the phone assistance - receiving the quote immediately - to the arrival of George and Billy who were professional and friendly and understanding of the environment of the move (from a nursing home) into storage!
