CHANGE Broadbeach

I can’t recommend Change Broadbeach enough! I’ve tried so many different fitness centres/gyms all over the world, but I’ve never been to one that genuinely cares for their clients as much as Change do ❤️ Every single member of staff has been so helpful and friendly, they know what they’re talking about and make working out actually enjoyable! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The team at Change have made my first few week's fun & enjoyable. The class timetable is fantastic I love that everything I need is under one roof. The price of the membership for the value of gym, instructors, classes and extras is amazing! Thanks Change Team.Sharni.

Jan has to be the most knowledgeable Reformer Instructor on the Gold Coast. She insures that no one gets left behind, one’s technique is on point and her work outs are so well planned and totally challenging every time. Highly recommend - best Reformer Pilates session you will find on the Gold Coast.

LOVE the vibes at Change. Ben helped me feel so welcomed at my first class and took his time make sure I felt confident and safe using the reformer. At each class the instructors individually push everyone to work just that little bit harder each time.

I just had my first training session this morning, was absolutely amazing! Fast paced but at your own level. All the trainers and members were so friendly and welcoming. And the trainers really payed attention to your technique to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly.

I have been very reluctant to go back to excercising at a gym after many years of focusing purely on work and family, so with my fittness level at almost zero, was concerned that I would not be able to keep up with others in a class. BUT... I have to say that my concerns were completely unjustified given the way which the staff and trainers at Change provide such an accomodating environment for people of all levels of fitness & skill. Its amazing to be challenged but also allowed to feel comfortable working within your own capacity. Kudos to the staff (& management) for creating that space and perfect balance of support and challenge for people who aren't super athletic and need a place where they can feel comfortable doing it at their own pace. Facilities are very modern and everyone seems super friendly. Can't recommend this place highly enough.PS. Brent and Pam are the most incredible yoga instructors.

Great pilates classes. As a first timer I’ve felt very comfortable in all of the classes I’ve been to :)

I love the variety of classes and how there is plenty of different class times! The reformer is amazing and loved how challenging it was! I also enjoyed the lift classes as they focus on particular muscle groups rather than just always working full body!
