I booked 2 weeks ago to replace my windscreen for 11 Oct 2022 a day before my traveling to Adelaide. I took day off for it. My appointment was 09.30am they called me when i was on the way saying that the mechanic was calling sick and suggest me to reschedule. Like really? I supposed to go to Adelaide on 12 Oct and i wanted my windscreen to be done before that and i booked it 2 weeks before. So funny they only have 1 mechanic to replace the windscreen. Wasting my time especiallu when i took day off for it.

Did a very good job replacing windscreen, very professional. Unfortunately dropped 1 x windscreen wiper nut cap into engine bay and broke digital antenna. Both need to be replaced at my cost. Windscreen looks good tho

A windscreen replacement on a ford transit.Due to problems caused by a previous windscreen fitting, the guys at Tullamarine OBrien’s had some major challenges to clean up the frame around the windscreen before fitting a new windscreen.They kept me up to date and apologise for the delay. I was so appreciative of the time and quality of work they gave to the job.All the staff were professional, polite and friendly.I’m super happy with the results!The windscreen looks amazing and the new Bosch wipers were incredible, giving a clean, sharp vision of the highway as I drive home this wet rainy day.I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!Thanks guys!

Left car to repair a chip in the windscreen.Car returned with damage and dent on the driver's side running board.Manager not at all professional or helpful.Emails to Obriens Head Office of course unanswered.Would never recommend Obriens Glass again.

Kitchen window broke Had John attend today was very polite and prompt. Gave excellent notice before arrival. Was very efficient and professional. If another window breaks I will be back and ask for John! Very happy with quality of work. Cleaned up and left area better than before.

Anonymous golf ball damaged our home back window. Insurer arranged for emergency window replacement. Sali from O'Brien came the very next day. Did not receive a pre-call as expected however Sali completed the job in half hour, cleaned up and was friendly to deal with. No fuss and recommended.

Had a windshield repair done, look what happened after it was repaired. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The manager at this Obrien's must hate his job, don't understand why he works there to be honest, rude, rushing and just out right frustrated guy. Going back to get the repair done but reluctant to do so because I just don't want to speak to anyone there. The only relatively nice person is the front desk lady and even then when I confronted she would look away like this is a normal issue here. Cant deal. Cant deal at all.

High quality repair job on a chipped windscreen in 20 minutes at the quoted price with a warranty against further cracking. Not the cheapest but got exactly what I asked for, very happy with the service received.

Pretty good. But hey double sided tape in grey it was black. Apart from that they didn't scratch the car or damage it. Bonus these days!

My car’s windscreen had a crack. I went to O’Brien glasshouse to get it replaced. I went through insurance.They send you text messages for confirmation and you can even change the time and date via the link provided.They are super busy. Even if you are late by ten minutes, they’ll ask to book another appointment.The office area is small and nice. There is a small seating along with some space for kids to do colouring. They also have a coffee machine.The lady at the reception seems to be tired. No smile nothing.The estimated time for replacing windscreen is two and half hours. But it took them three and half hours. So plan your day accordingly.No issues with the new windscreen.
