These company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced when trying to buy a pair of work shoes.I was first dealing with a young female sales assistant and I asked if they had a size 10 in 2 styles of shoes only to be told they didn’t have any. I then asked if they could order them in for me. The reply from the assistant was a flat out “NO”.The older sales assistant then asked if she could help me so I asked her if she could order the shoes in for me and was told again a flat out “No” and then she simple walked back to the counter and ignored me.I will never be attending this store again and I would suggest you do the same.

Friendly staff. When I went they were happy to help. The new staff member joined in to learn more from the more senior staff which was nice to see. I'll go back when I need more hi-vis.
