There's so many special's and a wide range of thing's good quality dishwasher tablets to garden, bathroom, pet's health and food drinks lolliesThey also have reduced to clear item's that are good quality and cheap pricesThere are two The Reject shop at Castle Hill Towers shopping centre and at Christmas time we went to one then went to the other for different items.The Reject shop is an awesome place to shop and the staff are friendly and helpful

The store has a lot of range of items to purchase, during Christmas they have a lot of gifts and decorations to choose from. The problem is there aren't many workers around to ask for help and to look for something.

Extremely poor Customer service at this place , I’ve had multiple experiences before putting this review. The staff is more concerned about stocking the shelves and zero attention to customer enquiries. Wanted to buy some plastic tubs , found that there were no lids , the guy at the counter serving customers was asked to check at the back , the lady stocking the confectioners could have helped. I spent 15 min in the store and finally walked out.

I was really disgusted with the customer service here. An old white man with wire rim glasses was extremely rude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he could show me where the pet carriers were he gave me attitude and made me feel degraded. I understand if he was having a bad day but that is no way to treat a paying customer.

There are 2 stores for this brand in the Castle Towers Shopping Centre. Both quite large.The products do not seem to move much. the same basic items are in the shelves from just about the first time I ever stepped in these 2 shops.The only items that seem to be moving often are the seasonal" items

Great items and bargains. Above all - staff are friendly, helpful and very receptive to customers (even the annoying ones). For instance; I was observing a check-out queue of two shoppers. While the first in line is attended to, the second shopper impatiently rolls their eyes in disbelief that they have to wait for their turn to be served. An RS staff (already working on stocking shelves) notices this and opens up another till to serve - class!Kudos to your staff RS Castle Hill.

Young guy that works there is a standout among the staff, but most of them are friendlyQueue is always long and sometimes there's only one checkout open
