Alpha Mosaic Hotel Fortitude Valley

We stayed here for 4 nights. Great location as it is close to the new trend restaurants and cafes of Fortitude Valley. The rooms are great. Nice and clean. The staff were attentive and responsive. Even though their restaurant is closed, they offer great cafes and restaurants that are in the building and the great thing is that you can bill directly to your room.

I have stayed in a variety of rooms at Alpha Mosaic in Fortitude Valley. This hotel has a few things going for it, the rooms are very clean, no issue at all with cleanliness. The staff are super friendly and helpful, plus it's a nice relaxed casual atmosphere. Also this is a great location with everything you need within close walking distance.

In the balcony, the scenery was beautiful. Then when I didn’t think it could be any better my room was the perfect size, no insect to be in sight. As well, the hallways were so quiet which was good since it wasn’t disturbing.

Great, friendly service and a fantastic location right near James St in the Valley. Rooms were well insulated and quiet and so clean. Beds were so comfy! Loved the black out blinds. We had the best sleep ever.

The Alpha Mosaic Hotel is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Fortitude Valley. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, modern furnishings, and plenty of amenities. The hotel is also conveniently located near many bars, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area. All in all, I highly recommend the Alpha Mosaic Hotel!

I recently stayed at Alpha hotel and it exceeded all my expectations, and it was largely due to the amazing staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that was truly impressive.Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with making transportation arrangements, they were always happy to help and provided the most helpful and courteous service.In short, I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Their staff is truly amazing, and they made my stay a truly special one.

Love the location, great rooms and friendly, professional staff. I enjoyed my stay and I have been here many times for business trips. Plenty of options for dining out, close to James St precinct.

My favourite hotel to stay in when I go to Brisbane for business or a family vacation. Great friendly staff, great size rooms and awesome location. Close to great boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, bars and more all around within minutes of walking distance. Also, so close to the city centre.

My family recently stayed at the Mosaic hotel when our home flooded and we needed a safe and comfortable place which was handy to amenities. Due to the length of our impromptu staycation we were able to try a few different room types and found all to be spacious regardless of configuration. In terms of general observations - I was stunned by how squeaky clean and well appointed the rooms were. As a frequent business traveller I’ve stayed in my fair share of smaller hotels around Australia and have learned not to expect too much. Well that was not the case at Mosaic. Fresh is the word I said aloud ever day. The air is so fresh! The bedding is so fresh! The extra cuddly blankets are so fresh! The front desk and cleaning staff were also kind and helpful and I looked forward to their smiles each day. In addition to all of this - the lobby coffee at Mosaic is cafe quality and you don’t even need to go outside to get it. Plus there are some popular restaurants on the same site who offer to charge back your dining bill to your room. I hope my home never floods again but I’m quite keen on another staycation at this hotel. Thank you so much!
