Not paying according to contract ... stealing money from employees

They are the most disorganised company , I have worked for .I was threatened in the middle of a Operation Theatre by a work colleague. Absolutely no support from management, I emailed my manager to say I am uncomfortable to work with this person again no response. And threatened for the 2nd time infront of other staff members , who were witness to this yet again no support nor any justice. They are the most uncommunicative company I have worked for. The final straw was my daughter contacted covid so I was forced to self insulate. I thought with all the covid patient's i had transferred for emergency operations. As a health care worker would receive pandemic leave not with this company. Any chance they have to screw you over they will. Lastly my daughter contracted COVID-19, so I was forced to self isolate. Would believe as a health worker for compass I was NOT paid !! For that period...

wish I could give 0 stars. The catering" provided by the compass group is horrendous. The food they provide at my school is similar to prison food. And expensive too. The meal prices range from $5-$7 and is NOT worth the money for the "food" that is both wet and dry in the worst possible ways. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SCHOOL OR WORKPLACE."

Please do your research well before accepting any sort of employment from Compass Group. Will make you work stressfully without any rewards.

I wish I could give 0 stars.An extremely dishonest recruitment company that appears to specialise in overworking and underpaying their employees. I have witnessed my spouse working 50+ hours a week when he is meant to do 38. His timesheets have been deliberately tampered with by Compass staff so it does not look like he was working these hours, and when he addressed it with Compass was told there must be a glitch in the system". Manipulation seems rife with promises of career development.They are snake oil salesmen.Avoid at all costs. Go to a reputable recruiter."

I think I speak on behalf of the dinosaur community when I say that their food sucks. Never friendly staff, as they always fat shame me for all the food and money I spend on overpriced and disgusting meals. Do not hire this company for your school, workplace or function.

Nepotism runs rife in this spurious little show. Pretentious little twenty somethings hosting interviews for jobs that require specific industry knowledge and then pass the job over to their cuzi bros. Pathetic

Compass group building is amazing and beautiful.People were most welcoming with very comfortable foyer.Andrew was gorgeous....(the puppy).
