If you have no idea what the benefits are from a hydro colonic then do yourself a BIG favour and go and talk with Selena. I have been 3 times now and every visit I learn more about my body as more stuff" gets flushed away. In the last 2 months I have had so many peeps about how fantastic and healthy I am looking. I have done nothing different with my diet than to get this long overdue maintenance. Theres no need to be precious or brave here
