Like others have said, terrible (non existent) customer service. Received the wrong product and can't seem to do anything about it.#one star worthyEDIT: After a couple of months of trying to get in touch I was finally able to have some correspondence from someone on Facebook. He apologised for the mistake and sent me the correct toy instantly. I was extremely pleased with this level of service however disappointed I the lack of communications. #4 star worthy.

Paid for a preorder product in March for mid May delivery. Have emailed, messaged via Facebook, called and sent text messages regarding an update over the past 2 weeks and absolute silence. No response on any platform. Horrible customer service and absolutely no communication. Would not recommend this store and would give a zero star rating if I could.

Brilliant service and fast delivery!Replies to enquiries fast and efficiently through their contact page. Found the staff to be passionate and friendly. I'm pretty satisfied with my first order with true blue, the items were packaged nicely and arrived within a few days. Definitely recommend True Blue Toys :)

I have been trying to get into contact with the support since the 23rd of May (over 3 weeks now). I have submitted multiple disputes on the website, emailed the support email directly and messaged the company via Facebook messenger. At this point I have not had A SINGLE response. I paid for express shipping of an item on the 27th of April and the order has STILL not arrived. I hope at this point making a public complaint about this awful service might force the company's hand to caring about a failure to deliver products and a disgusting disregard for customer support.
