Matthew responded swiftly to our enquiry. Our evaporative aircon had stopped working. He located the problem and showed us photos of parts damaged and quoted us on replacements. We decided to go ahead and had the job completed in a few hours. Our system works beautifully again.

He was easy to contact and even though the unit we wanted was unavailable, he arranged a suitable alternative, saving us a little bit of money. Stressful experience. Operative came to perform routine service quoted at around $180. He came down from the roof holding two pieces of plastic informing us that they needed replacing with no explanation as to what they were or how much this would cost. He asked if we rented the property. We said we did......we rent from our close friends.We were then sent a bill for over $900.Poor communication and rude demands from manager when we queried how a routine service turns into a 1 hour job costing over $900.Would I recommend them? Never! Go elsewhere where the technician will communicate and explain what he is going to do and what it will cost, otherwise you risk getting nasty surprise.

Cannot understate the bad communication from this company. Approved as landlord a routine service at approximately $180. Received a bill three weeks later more than four times this amount. BTW, Matt, as MD of this company, extremely poor form to give yourself 5 stars. Extra work not approved and will not be coming your way again.

had this mob out the fix are air cond machine and now we have found broken tiles around the a/c unit not happy at all.had to repaint the ceiling.and fix the tiles.
