Top Juice Highpoint

Came here Thursday night with my grand-daughter to get some drinks before our movie, and had 2 handsome boys give us wonderful customer service.As soon as we ordered, the boys started me and my grand-daughters order instantly, and we had our drinks in under 5 minutes. The juice was delicious and I will be definitely coming here again!

Love this place. Amazing service, friendly staff, clean store and they provide the best juices in town. Would highly recommend for anyone shopping and needing a quick drink. Thanks so much TOP JUICE and your team for providing me with great drinks over the years. Will always pop by when I am nearby. The managers and the team are doing a great job. Can't wait to have my next juice with them.

Please train your staff to greet with a smile or actually speak to greet customers.I walked up to staff member who had no expression but a blank face and said nothing. I proceeded to order and he punched in my order and he then points to the EFTPOS without saying anything. I paid and he just walked off. He can't be that sad working here I hope..Got my juice. It was alright. But the boy was just sad in my opinion. He had a mullet type hairstyle.Advice to other customers, take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a green grin and a kale and quinoa salad today . The juice was very nice and she made it really quick however I had to wait ages for my small salad. The boy was too busy taking orders then just waited around until he saw me looking at him wondering why I still didn’t get my salad. He then decided to serve me but I am so upset as the salad was $8.50 but got a tub that was worth not more than $2.50. Whenever I have ordered from here it always filled to the brim.So deeply disappointed as it was not cheap.

, one person running whole store in morning wait time is too much , and apart from that the orange is already squeezed, not taken fresh .. when asked he was like this is fresh from morning that is fine .. but the taste was not good actually.

I am a regular here, and have to say the customer service is amazing. Drinks come slow on a rush, but what do you expect everything is made fresh. I did however experience a manager (I assume) yelling at their workers, not a good look on the store. But still, a great option for fresh juices and fruit.

DONT bother going here towards the end of the week!! I often find myself coming to Top Juice for a while mostly on early Mondays and a few times in the afternoon at the end of the week. The service in the afternoons are sub par in comparison to early mornings at the start of the week. The time for my order for weeks in a row have been quite long of a wait, EVEN WHEN THERE IS NOBODY THERE! One experience from the last few weeks, this female worker at the front was standing around and as soon as I approached the counter she moved out of the way only for a worker inside the back/other station to come out and take my order while she nodded off only to be interested when any customer order was done only to help when she was blatantly told by the other workers. All these occurrences happening from afternoon/evening workers are too frequent. Chatting to people from the outside who don't even order when theres customers, slow service and long waits have made me stop going at these times.

The juice was nice, but they did not have a straw for me to drink it from. It made it difficult to move around and drink with the ice coming straight for you.

$9.50 for freshly squeezed sugarcane juice. Vast selection of juices. Conveniently located next to the Foodcourt.

Not sure if I ordered juice or ice. This was after I had insisted them to remove ice because the straw wouldn’t go in. Basically paid $9.50 for a 200mls of juice and 400mls of ice. Boost is down the hallway—going there next time
