Had the most amazing experience at Osborne Park Hyundai. I was served by Mia, who was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I was very nervous about the whole experience, but Mia put my mind at ease instantly. She was very knowledgeable about the product, and so friendly and kind. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone. She certainly is an asset to the team.

Just bought an ex-demo Tucson MY22, the salesman Cevdet (Chevy) was really helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when driving the car. For the basic spec model it comes with all driver assistance and safety features, is very comfortable and the car feels smooth to drive. The interior finish is nice, feels like a touch of class has been added. Full connectivity with the phone which is great! (we’ve been stuck driving a Mitsubishi Outlander on rental and in comparison the Tucson is so much better!)I can recommend Chevy to buy a car from, 5 stars there. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but I felt a little pushed to buy the additional items from his colleagues (window tints, paint and interior protection products, external cameras and some insurance). I didn’t take any as I can get it done somewhere else, and I felt I was looked down upon by the sale ladies - not really a great ending to the sale.On pick up, all good, car was clean and ready to go - quick turnaround too.Thanks Chevy!

I can not thank Barry and his team at Online Autos enough. After months of getting the run around from other companies and not returning calls Barry and his amazing team sources an engine for my Suzuki Vitara, arranged pick up and had my car ready in less than 1 week. Have you ever tried to call these people? It just rings until the call drops out, but the best of all is, before that happens a ladies voice says “your call is important to us”. I was trying to book my car in because it’s been recalled due to a dangerous fault in the ABS system. How am I supposed to book it in when they don’t answer their phones!! So how important is my call to you? Not so much I guess…

Ever since the old staff is replaced, it seems like things have gotten way far better. I took my car to the usual Hyundai Osborne Park for the 20k km service. I dealt with Conner, who looked after me really well. A nice guy, and I must say, he did an excellent job. Im not sure if the technicians at the back also changed or not, but they did a great service, too.

Having bought a new I30n Fastback Jack and the team at Hyundai were nothing but amazing, they have genuine knowledge about what they're selling. The communication throughout the purchase and willingness to answer questions were second to none. Jack went above and beyond to show me the cars full potential and help me decide it was the right one for me.
