Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Prices were competitive with the big chain stores, but the service was above and beyond. This store is further from my home, but I'll be making it my local.

Best service, friendly, knowledgeable and great selection of bikes and accessories. We have had our bikes serviced here along with repairs. Always found the staff to be helpful and happy. Shop always appears to be organized with their stock displays.Bonus, easy, convenient off street parking available behind the shop.

Have used this store a number of times over the past 5 years and the staff have always been really helpful and knowledgeable on bike gear. Services on my manual bike were always completed in the day they were booked and their bike always ran well afterwards.Most recently I was informed there was a mobile service. Andy helped me out in a pickle with a damaged back tyre (not just a flat inner tube). He responded on the day and came to me to fix the tire so that I could cycle home that day.Fantastic service, and I plan on returning there to force a better bike stand in the near future.
