For roadworthy inspection, I got there 30 minutes before, after they wrote that I was there, they cancelled the inspection because I had to go to toilet and I wasn't there when they called my name, I literally saw the guy going out of the room but they said it was cancelled, rude staff not willing to help, looking for ways for revenue making.

Amazing service by both the lady at reception and the officer who inspected my car. Thank you for treating clients with respect and courtesy. I observed the lady’s interactions with other clients and her demeanour was consistent and courteous.

Down there for tier 2 hail damageVery busy as we just had the recent hail storm.Very easy to navigate.Socially distant lines.Staff were very friendly and easy to understandPainless process, in and out within 2 hours, which was quick considering how many people and vehicles were there.

Revenue raising factory for Government coffers & to keep their technicians employed but lable it safety".Their Police Vehicles wouldn't pass their own inspections..Deliberate fails on 1st inspections to make u turn for a 2nd($119 for returns)Told to replace parts that were not required just to ensure more inspections

Very pleased..Went today for a vehicle inspection.Was happily greeted by a pleasant chap at reception named Greg..Then the guy that did my inspection (Paul 206) was so happy and made me feel very comfortable.. Honestly, I can't recommend enough..

It's the only place you can go, we waited for an hour Lvd van to go over.Wait times can blow out sometimes.There is a cafe at the entrance that sells food n coffee Homemade stuff is awesome!
