Who does not want to build customise home compared to home and land package?Building home can be nightmare if your builder doesn’t understand what’s your needs, expectations and doesn’t value your trust after signing the contract. This could lead financial and meatal stress but Panta Constructions made our journey excitement and learning curve in every stage of constructions.Every stage of completions, Panta construction gave us full site visit and explain what’s was completed and what will be complete in next stage. Which gave us clear understanding what work will be complete in upcoming days.Personally, for us, Panta construction gave us wise advice in changes and upgrades that we wanted. Panta construction could have done easily without any issue as we were paying extra from our pocket but as a good builder, Panta construction not only saved our money by giving us multiple options with an example also explaining why we should / shouldn’t do any changes. Normally other builder doesn’t even bother to talk with us and change things if we as a client willing to pay. I have experienced this in past with one of the big builders of Australia.My personal experience, building with Panta construction not only gives his clients amazing final products but also gives his clients confident that building home is easy and normal process. No issue and no drama.We moved almost 6-7 months ago, and now we do understand every suggestion given by Panta construction for us working super convenient in daily life.
