I cannot recommend this course and Stacey enough if you are expecting. Stacey was full of knowledge, stories, facts and stats and she delivered the course in an engaging, caring and relatable way. She made us all feel like our journeys were so important, and you could tell she genuinely cared for each of our births. This course is not AT ALL 'fluffy or woo woo' it was full of evidence based statistics, and teaches you the facts! It takes us back to the basics - and reminds us what our bodies are designed to do. It was the best thing we decided to do during pregnancy.

I would highly recommend hypnobirthing with Stacy. I couldn't imagine doing this course with anyone else! Stacy provided us with a wealth of knowledge and support during what was both an exciting and daunting time. Having that allowed my husband and I to feel much more at ease during the pregnancy and birthing process. Best thing we did thoughtout the pregnancy, hands down!
