Good menu consulting work - we asked Sean to come up with a new menu for our resort and he did a great job - quick, focussed on what we wanted and what our chefs could deliver. Very reasonable cost - highly recommended.

Found these guys on google search and had a three hour consultation. Very open and direct and prepared me fully with great insights to an industry I knew little about.
