Called in today for assistance in helping me with a client number as I was purchasing a car in Mt gambier. I needed a lot of help as I was living in Hamilton Victoria at the time. I needed this number to get a pension discount at the time. The young lady was great even though I spun her out with my problem. Did not get her name but her birthday was the 1st December. Same as mine. Thanks again great support. Regards John.

Just had the worst experience at Service SA. Staff were rude and unhelpful, they were even arguing with one another. Very poor customer service.

Has a ticketing system, so you know where you are in the lineup. They move people through as quickly as they can. Answer and deal with your point assiduously.You can then move on to the next action item and place.
