LDMS is full of supportive fellow pole dancers who welcome everyone into their community. They have fair pricing and even offer casual classes if your not 100% sure yet and want to just try it out. Highly recommend 10/10

I recently attended the open day workshops at LMDS and I fell in love with the space!!The teachers are so inclusive and they really know what they're talking about.They drew on their own experiences as pole dancers in the industry and gave us so many helpful tips and tricks❤️Kristy has created something absolutely beautiful and I so happy I got to witness it first hand.I'll definitely be back!!!

I have never been to such a welcoming and inclusive pole studio in my four years of training pole. The classes are small, giving you a lot of one on one time with the instructors, which I find has helped me progress immensely. Highly recommend, even to my fellow northsiders - this studio is worth the drive!

This studio is just amazing, I cannot rate them highly enough. The instructors are so friendly unlike other studios I have been to, and they genuinely want to help you achieve your goals, and to be better and stronger than you were the previous week. I have been doing contortion classes at this studio for 3 terms now, and my flexibility has improved so much, as well as no longer having sciatic pains in my lower back! Making the move was the best thing I have ever done, Thank you so so much Kristy for reminding me why I started pole dancing in the first place, and for reigniting my passion <3

I cannot rate this studio highly enough! From the moment you walk in you feel such a warm vibe, and the instructors are all absolutely amazing! Each and every one of them are extremely kind and helpful in helping every student achieve their pole and dance goals. I've done workshops, floor classes and pole classes, and each and every time the instructors go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable in the routine and/or tricks. They will explain and go over the moves as many times as you need in order for you to learn. No question is silly question, and all lessons are filled with laughter. This is also brought on by the other amazing students who attend the studio. All the students are just as beautiful as the instructors, and it just creates one beautiful and welcoming atmosphere which is exactly what I need at the end of a working day! This place makes me forget about everything else going on in my life and just lets me laugh and be me, whilst having fun with friends I've found in this place. I just love it! Thanks LMDS for this amazing place!

Absolutely great studio! Felt so welcomed from the first class I took there, and every other time I've been back. Such an open space, small intimate classes, and amazing instructors. Being available to book for practice at all hours of the day has also made such a huge change in my dancing. I would not be the same pole dancer that I am without LMDS.

After other studios in Canberra have left me with negative experiences I decided to try LMDS and I have not looked back. I’ve made heaps of progress with my flexibility. I’ve been challenged since my first class, but I have also been supported by the incredible and trained instructors since. The class sizes are small and intimate which means you feel comfortable and even other students will cheer and encourage you. I’m so grateful for the space at LMDS!
