Daol Modern Asian Dining
Fantastic service, great pricing, authentic and tasty. Very accommodating for certain requests (I asked for no spicyness in two dishes for my kids and they did it very very well!). I'm glad that they've added the Jjajjang Sauce to Fried Rice dishes, it's a staple and tastes great!

Not like a lot people, I’m not too impressed by their Ja Jiang Myeon as I found it was not too flavored but just with light soy sauce. However their beef bulgogi rice was absolutely delicious with perfect balance of soy source and sweetness. Classic dish from Daol.

The food here is great, thank you! I ducked in for lunch, the bibimbap came out very quickly and the stone dish was piping hot. The atmosphere inside is less lunch/cafe and more restaurant but the staff were lovely and it was a great quick lunch.

Seriously, best jjamppong I’ve ever had.Perfect taste - smoky, savoury, and spicy with good variety of tender seafood, charred vegetables, and good noodles. It was also fantastic value because of the large serving size.I ate it when I was sick and I instantly felt better. Saved half of it for a second meal for dinner, because the serving size was so generous for the price.I don’t think much else needs to be said. I give my compliments to not only the highly-skilled chef, but also to the management and workers - because they should all be proud of the high-quality food they serve.The fact that it was this good being a delivered meal is astounding. I hope I can visit the restaurant in-person to dine in next time.

Highly recommend when you want to eat korean style chinese food. Staffs were friendly, food also amazing. But weekend lunch time is super very busy, so I recommend to make a reservation.

Food were all lovely and taste were on point. We love how neat and presentable to food were. Soup was served warm with generous seafood toppings. You get more than your money’s worth in every dish we ordered. The staffs were too friendly and accommodating. We got nice recommendations and gave us everything we needed during our lunch there. The shop was small but nice and comfy. The seats are huge enough for bigger groups and it wasn’t loud and noisy when we were there. Plus factor if you’re not driving is the proximity to Mount Waverley station, it’s pretty much accessible within 4 minute walk from the train station.

Restaurant is usually busy at peak hours. The signature dish is Pork Tang Su Yuk which tasted great and can easily feed 2 or 3 people. Other dishes tried are OK but not great.

Came here on Thursday 1130hrs and it wasn't packed, only two other occupied tables. Ordered the pork tang su yuk, Jjam Bbong noodle, my friend had it with rice. The dishes were very good, service good too. Had to show vaccination cert and check in of course. I'm only giving 4 stars because the price is quite high. We had to take away the food and were told first takeaway container is free, subsequent ones are twenty cents.While the restaurant faces the main road, there are lots of parking behind with 1 hour park, 2 and 4 hours too.

Price is affordable which was really nice.Taste is not really good, which makes me think I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.Jjajangmyun was too salty, jjambbong was not hot enough.Poor customer service from no experienced staff.I’m also wondering if you are running out of cucumber. Terrible garnish ever.++Why are you talking about surcharge or containers fee? It really bothers me that you are not really understanding my situation.Please read my review carefully again if you don’t mind and note that I’m not complaining about any additional fee that you have to charge to your customers as per the policy.I am talking about the quality of the food and poor customer service.I just hope this review would help your business and staff be refined and improve.

Authentic Korean food in Mount Waverley suburb, the owner and staff are from Korean and they welcome you warmly as long as you entered into the restaurant.Food is great and every meal we ordered tastes flavourful. We ordered too much and staff also kindly advised we can order some and add later, which is considerable.Price is relatively cheaper than other Korean restaurant in this area and you can get 5% off if you choose Liven pay.There are some negative feedback for their staff customer service but I think that particular staff left and overall feel great.We would definitely coming back for other meals.
