Pierces Pass Picnic Area
Not much of a picnic area- more a car parking space with access to the several walks around. Some views of the valley and the national park filtered through vegetation.

Right next to the best views in the Blue Mountains in my point of view. You have to personally experience this place to understand. Pictures just don't do it justice.

Pierces Pass Picnic Area
The walk is amazing. If you are not planning on camping you could just go down the pierce pass track and walk towards either direction of burra korain track and be in the middle of nowhere looking at the awesome cliffs on either side. Yes the descend is easy but the ascend back is a pain. We were able to do it 1 and half hours but we where dead by the end of it. No need to worry about getting lost due to lack of signs because the tracks pretty evident. You would have to consciously step away from the track to lose it.P. S. When there is no wind the silence is amazing. Also leave only footprints and take rubbish along with memories.

It was the perfect place to prepare me for Kokoda ...lots of steps, some mud, lots of inclines and declines but overall, very beautiful.My Delta Scarpas were perfect for this hike...love my boots.

Super amazing walk. Down from the car park is good and the walk along the track us just amazing. Loads of birds and great bush walking. Last bit is straight up hill for roughly 1hr 10 at a good pace

Damn hard walk down to the river but great views. Watch on for the 2to3 metre long red belly black snakes. Saw 3 aggressive ones in the middle of this track and warned other walkers. Carry a long stick!

Nice little dirt drive in. Good views from parking bay. Lots of serious walkers prepared to do the hard slogg.
