Thank you Mads! Just got my first face piercing today! She was so nice and talked to me like I wasn’t a stranger! The piercing looks so good and I loved it so much, the experience here was so good and I highly recommend it! Definitely going back! <3 :)

I have been in a total of 3 times since the store opened and they have been great every single time.First time was for myself, staff were friendly and efficient and got me seen to very quickly as a walk in. The piercing itself was expertly done it was lined up with precision and care and then once happy the piercing was done swiftly and without hesitation.I went back after the recommended weeks to get smaller bars and they measured again to ensure the bars were still big enough and then they kindly changed them for me! Easy to follow care instructions and very knowledgeable. Second time was also a walk in for my daughter and they again were very friendly and quick, they didnt stress her out and made it feel very relaxed with it being her first non lobe piercing (belly button).Very happy!

Our two daughters both had their ears pierced at SkinKandy Shellharbour yesterday and the service was amazing. Our 4 year old can be very anxious at times, but she really wanted to have her ears pierced and we knew she would be upset if she didn't get them. Amber and Luna were so incredibly patient, friendly and respectful. They supported and encouraged our girl throughout the whole process even when we had to leave and come back several times to allow her to regulate herself.Our girl is over the moon with her earrings and even skipped out of there happily when it was all over.

Super helpful staff, who know their stuff. The piercing technician was super quick and efficient, had everything ready to go to make it as painless an event as having a surgical needle poked through your ear can be. The only reason I dropped a star was for the range of jewellery. It was a fresh piercing, so I understand there is likely a smaller range to choose from, but that is my only criticism.

I got my helix pierced here. It was a great experience. Amber was lovely and very informative. The service was fast and painless. Would definitely recommend coming here :)

Absolutely love the Skin Kandy girls! They have been totally amazing with both my children getting piercings! Calm, reassuring and positive. Plus always bend over backwards to help later when little ones are worried about infections etc… we know we drop in and have a chat, anytime, and walk away confident…so wonderful! Thanks so much!

I had my tragus and helix pierced last month and got my fourth lobes yesterday! Shannon was absolutely amazing both times and I have had no troubles with them. I definitely would recommend her!

Got my tragus done today n absolutely love it.. I couldn't be happier ☺ I got my septum done last month and both times the staff were so friendly and helpful making sure i was comfortable. I always leave a happy customer and always trust them to give me a nice professional piercing...

I went in looking at body jewellery, thinking about getting a septum piercing which I had been for a while. I met Nic in there and her colleague (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!). The absolute friendliest and kindest staff, both very ready to help looking for things or answering questions. I got my septum done with Nic and had some really good conversations, which I realise may have been a distraction technique however her emotional intelligence and knowledge is amazing! She looked after me even when I felt off afterwards which I appreciate so so much! I would highly recommend this shop and its staff after this experience x
