We were on the senator for the weekend and could not recommend it more, great set up and amazing weekend.

Recently hired the senator for Easter. Was advertised as a 'magnificent new' and 'absolute luxury' boat. Cost near on $6k including $1k 'covid deposit' for 4 or 7 days (same cost). The boat was old run down and dirty. Kitchen cupboards coming off, old rotting deck, spa smells of dead fish and couldn't be used. Carpets are worn. Tv antenna so dated it rarely works. Surround system from 2000 that requiere aux connections. Generator over runs and motor kept smoking dew to short fuse. Sheets and doonas scrunched and shoved into ripped & torn bags. Fold out couches not even sleepable for children, can feel springs and bars. Boat would be lucky to accommodate 6. Had to wash dishes before I used them, vacuum the floors dirty cushions etc. Also had to supply own drinking water and toilet paper. Came back early it was that bad of an experience.When I emailed Janet with my issues regarding false advertising as its not new, near new or anywhere near luxury, she told me the boat had a hard life and she wasn't happy with her staff and tried to blame them. They lack honesty in what they are truly offering in a very out dated boat compared to what they advertise as luxury and state of the art.Worst holiday ever and Janet's absolutely rude and quite happy to yell over the phone that it's not her problem.

We have just spent 4 days on the houseboat named Sirocco 2. I can start with the lake is absolutely beautiful and no mechanical problems with the boat. For this reason I give it 2 stars.As I understand it there has been a recent change of ownership/management (previously been managed through Watersedge). It is unfortunate that the boat was still being rented out when repairs/upgrades needed to be done.The following were disappointing considering the money spent to rent the boat:- the mattresses on the double beds were so hard and uncomfortable that the parties had limited sleep and all had sore backs each morning. These desperately need replacement;- all flyscreens were useless. They were broken and at times had some tape in an attempt to offer an interim repair. Bugs invaded in volumes if we had a light on in the evening. We either had sweat with everything closed up or sit in the dark with no lights on. Urgent attention required.- the bathroom has been recently renovated however the works are incomplete. Plasterwork not finalized. Where is the bathroom mirror. Currently there is none;- Pantry door just fell off in my hand when first opened. Signs of inadequate earlier repairs;- Rear sliding door kept falling off its tracks. Replacement/repairs required.- Time for some new fry pans and a bigger saucepan;- Dirty, dirty, dirty..... Cobwebs inside and out. Spiders inside and out. Whilst the floors were clean enough, clearly the cleaning contract has never extended to skirting boards, cobwebs and window sills and tracks. The tracks were full of YEARS of dirt/ dust and dead bugs. Clean white doona covers lean up against the dirty window tracks. Move the couch a little and dead bugs etc there too. This boat needs everything pulled out and a VERY good clean.

Hired a pontoon for a few hours didn't get a bit but enjoyed the stunning secenry that Lake Eildon has to offer, perfect day out
