I recently had the front bumper of my personal vehicle repalced, and I can not fault the job, the workmanship is highly professional, and the colour match exact, no cutting corners at this business, which is a rarity these days.

Best panel shop we have used in years by far these guys are awesome couldn't find a single thing out of place and the colour match was perfect others had tried and failed

Had an insurance repair performed on our Ford Ranger about 11 months ago. When taking off accessories just now I had to find inadequate electrical work done by the smash repairer who replaced the bullbar i.e. reconnecting spotties with tape rather than proper connections. Also cutting a slot into the brand new ARB bullbar to attach the UHF antenna leaving sharp edges and damaging the cable. Put the old damaged sensor valve back into the new rim and tire. The list goes on and on…Not impressed with the quality of work that an amateur like myself could have done better. Better find another provider if you want work done professionally in Atherton. Also communication is pretty much non existent…

If I could give it no stars, or a negative result I would.Did not have it ready on time, didn't even bother to call, text or email to say it would not be ready. I recieved NO COMMUNICATION from them. I called every week and whenever I called the phone rang out then when they eventually answered the American lady was very rude. Didn't have it ready by the second date they gave, again didn't bother to let me know it would not be ready. Did not update the insurance portal regarding the repair finish date until after I had made a complaint. Had the car nearly two months for a minor roo hit and used the excuse of waiting on parts as to why they had not started repairs (apparently a few brackets were slow to arrive - they were not able to actually tell me what parts they were waiting for when I asked) and then when they actually started the repairs they realised the wrong guard had arrived (so they obviously had not checked the parts when they arrived), delaying the repairs again.Went to pick up the car and they had not even bothered to clean the areas they had worked on. Could easily see the grime from the paint shop on the chrome trim and plastics. Someone had touched up the paint chips on the bonnet with a very different colour white so it was the first thing you seen when you went near the car. Returned the vehicle with a visibly flat tyre. No apology for the delay in repairs.Customer service is free. I don't understand how businesses survive with this low level of care for their customer.

Fixed my car after accident. Had an issue after and fixed the problem straight away. Felt customer service and friendliness could be a bit better but otherwise can't fault. Thanks for doing such a good repair on my car.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service. I could hear the man who owns the place yelling at his staff. Super unprofessional. They lied about ordering my car parts when they hadn't, therefore I went somewhere else.

I found the staff and the boss very helpful. Give that I am a qualified Automotive Structural Engineer (Panelbeater) I will say that attention to detail could have been better. I took my car back to have the residue from the masking tape on the front panel removed and the wheel arch molding affixed properly to the passenger side front guard. The owner, Steve, addressed these two issues immediately but they should have been done prior to me picking up the vehicle. I had also been informed by one of the staff that the Eco feature (the engine shuts down when the car is stopped and re-engages when you lift your foot of the brake) was fully functioning which was not the case. I thought that the Eco feature may have been damaged in the accident. Steve spoke to the insurance assessor at Suncorp who mentioned that the Eco feature may have been switched off because the battery was running down. The battery was the original from when I purchased the car brand new in 2017. I replaced the battery immediately and the Eco feature is now fully functioning. Thanks Steve. A bit more attention to the small things and I would have given 5 Stars. Cheers

Absolutely brilliant work from these guys. I was a bit worried about the repairs but they have well and truly exceeded my expectations and my car looks brand new again. When I picked my car up the inside was immaculate no paint dust anywhere. Very professional job and to say I’m happy is an understatement. I will only use these guys for any repair work from now on.
