My name is Aaron Sunderland and i first became aware of Go To Court Lawyers in March 2015 thru a friend. I had court the next day regarding an AVO and was unaware of what i was dealing with. I had been the victim of domestic abuse prior by a spouse, to say i didn't know what to do was an understatement. I was put in contact with Carl Patterson Finch whom i spoke to that evening. Carl guided me the next day via phone and we where able to settle with the minimum penalty of six months for the AVO. I first met Carl Patterson Finch in person on january the 15th 2016 at the Ringwood courts where i was to face charges laid against me for assault. The truth of the matter was i was the person assaulted and my plea was one of self defence. Upon this first meeting there were many emails back and forth, also phone calls made and received between Carl and I. Carl would always get back to me when i had a question and provided the best and worst case scenario and how we would proceed. I must also point out that his personal reassurance was more than a warm welcome especially with myself who has had no understanding of the criminal system prior to this. Carl was able to see things from my perspective, understand my case and upon giving him the evidence i had was able to get the matter stood down. Even months on Carl and myself are still in communication with one another. For guidance and just his general concern on how things are going with me gives me strength and support. Myself if needed will be using Carls services in the future thats for sure and so will my family members if they ever need to. I cannot speak highly enough of this man and what he has done for me.

Our gotocourt lawyer had to spend the whole day at court because she didn't get the outcome she had told us we would get.
