wow look are their reviews and yet they are bad mouthing good family businesses who have been in business for 50 years in the area for no reason such poor service rude and childish attitude you don't know the people STOP BAD MOUTHING FOR NO REASON

We were out when they tried to deliver, so they leave the card in your mailbox for pick up....not that simple.... You have to go online and fill out a form to organise the pick up, in which they then have to deliver your package to a third party destination. It states that it will be there for pick up the next working day after 2pm. It wasn't there so I called the number on the card, waited ..... The lady who answered asked me all the details including my personal details then hung up after I gave her all the information, so that was rude. Go it eventually because I knew someone and picked it up at the Depot. I didn't enjoy using toll courier service

Good evening,I placed an order for dvds to be delivered from jbhifi. The parcel was delivered but unfortunately this is the second delivery from your company that has ended up at the wrong address and an elderly lady delivered to the correct address.The requested address was number 89 unit 2 Dalman Parkway, Wagga Wagga, 2650 the parcels were delivered to number 2 Dalman Parkway.When I put the address in it came up with the address option, I chose that and they still ended up on the other end of the street.I look forward to your response.Regards Sharleene Demmery-Moir.

Great service and helpful, friendly staff . Spoke to Dennis today who delivered to our farm door, something many couriers don’t do. Highly recommend Toll Wagga.

Quick and easy, friendly staff.

They didnt collect the parcel we urgently needed collected for the day, but were happy to take it from me when I drove down there after hours on a Friday.

Rude & no interest in helping at all.
