We had such a fabulous experience with Mel from Cooper & Kids and highly recommend her to guide and support families with new puppies. Mel is so personable, approachable and has the best personality to encourage little kids to feel safe, respectful and empowered with their new puppy. My 9 year old said she would recommend Mel to all new families with pups. Our puppy is a happy, healthy and loved part of our family unit thanks to her professional support!

She was generous with her time, responsive to any questions we had, and provided a positive framework for training. She involved the kids in the programme in a way that is totally unique and meant that our kids have created beautiful relationships with our puppy because they can read her body language and understand her needs. I found Cooper and Kids online when I was looking for a birthday present for my niece. I ended up buying presents for myself, my niece and my dog.My niece loves dog so I purchased her a sliver paw printed necklace and she absolutely love it. I also couldn't resist to their adult t-shirt so I bought a few for myself and the quality is great. Mel is THE dog whisperer of Melbourne! From the very beginning when I booked the 6 week program, Mel was constantly checking in on me and my family, sending me useful resources when needed. Mel has a beautiful nature and is such a lovely person to have in your home with your pet and family. The greatest compliment was from my son- when we graduated from the peogram he asked for Mel to come back!

Mel was amazing! She taught us lots of skills to help us make Charlie a happy and well adjusted dog. She taught us fun games and activities we could do to keep him busy whilst being educational and nurturing for him. We loved our sessions and would highly recommend!
